This position will report to the Sales Manager

Develop Relationships with end users, building owners/managers, mechanical contractors,
engineers and other industry professionals in designated territory

Manage relationships and create proposals for all new and existing customers in territory
Expected Results

Create accurate estimates and detailed project scopes

Develop Woodman Controls as a preferred controls vendor/consultant in the designated
sales territory

Know the Woodman Controls sales process steps

Create and follow up on all sales leads and execute the Woodman Controls sales process
Position Prerequisites

Must have graduated high school, college preferred

Basic Excel Experience

Basic Word Experience
-
Must have strong communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships

Extensive HVAC knowledge of both blueprints and Specification
-
Have knowledge of HVAC Controls industry
